This is a 12-week nutrition coaching plan for $450 total (with the option to pay in 3 1-month increments).
**This is applicable to anyone looking to achieve fat loss, muscle building, reversing/working at their current maintenance, or guidance and accountability with intuitive eating**
This is for anyone seeking personalized nutrition guidance, accountability and weekly check-ins. For 12 weeks you will receive and have access to the following:
- A personalized macro with options for carb cycling as you progress through coaching
- Individual nutrition guidance along with personalized macros and macro breakdowns
- Weekly check-ins with tips and helpful information for personal accountability to help as you work independently through each week
- A shared weekly tracker of your personalized data and progress (you will be responsible for tracking and recording your weight, measurements and progress photos)
- A nutrition ebook explaning what macronutrients are, examples of each macronutrient and guidance to support your nutrition
- A grocery and pantry list with my macro-friendly food suggestions
- A recipe guide for simple meal ideas
Moderate familiarity with nutrition and macros along with your goals is preferred.
IMPORTANT: This is a non-refundable plan. By purchasing, you will be committing to 12 full weeks of coaching, billed every month or billed as a one-time fee upon purchase (depending on the payment option selected).
12-Week Nutrition Coaching
One 12-week coaching series is purchased at a time and billed in 3 increments or all at once (dependent on your payment selection). You will pick your own start date. You will receive 12 full weeks of coaching from the start date once selected (please provide at least 3 days notice prior to the preferred start date). Start date must be selected within 4 weeks of purchasing or package expires.
