Monthly Workout Program

5 NEW WORKOUTS EACH WEEK ALL AVAILABLE IN THE iOS APP

Welcome! In the Fit Vibe Tribe dashboard, you will find full access to your weekly workouts.

 

Every Sunday, the new weekly workouts will be posted directly to The Fit Vibe app workout calendar. The schedule will consist of the following:

  • 2 upper body workouts (push & pull)

  • 2 lower body workouts (glutes & hamstrings and Glutes and quads)

  • 1 full body workout (with added conditioning & core focused)

The workouts will be programmed in a 4-week cycle. Workouts 1, 2, 4 and 5 (both upper body and both lower body workouts) will repeat for 4 straight weeks. The full body conditioning workouts will change weekly. The full 4-week cycle will be released all at once on the app workout calendar. 

​

In addition to the 5 weekly workouts, a recommended 2-3 days of an additional 15-20 minutes of moderate cardio efforts (walking, jogging/running, cycling, etc.) is recommended with the program. These have been paired with specific workouts throughout the week to allow your body recovery time when needed, but can be completed at your discretion as you see fit for yourself!

Available plans within the app:

In addition to The Fit Vibe weekly program plan mentioned above, all app members will have access to additional plans they can start at any time. Some of these plans are also available to non-app members for a one-time purchase.

The Fit Vibe Program Objective

My goal is for this program to feel intentional in helping you develop your fitness abilities over each week's workout schedule along with confidence in performing each exercise. After continuing practice through the program each month, I hope you feel challenged and accomplished as well as energized to continue to grow with the program more!
